At Solora, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds except in limited circumstances outlined below.

No Refunds

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer (please review size charts before ordering)
  • Preference changes after receiving the item
  • Minor variations in color due to screen/display settings
  • Orders delayed caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control

Exceptions (Eligible for Refund or Replacement)

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or unusable, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A refund to your original payment method

2. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong product, size, or color different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

3. Lost Orders (Confirmed by Carrier)

If an order is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping provider, we may issue a replacement or refund after investigation.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Promotional or clearance items
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
  • Worn, washed, altered, or used products
  • Items without original tags or original packaging

Refund Review Process

All exception requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at the sole discretion of Solora after verification.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
